Workshop Registration

 

To register for any of the upcoming workshops being presented by SFI, please follow the directions below.

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED
for any of our workshops, as we need to prepare materials in advance. Please let us know prior to two (2) weeks before a scheduled workshop, to ensure the minimum enrollment requirements are met.

  • Download the registration form (see below)
  • Print out the form
  • Fax the form to 830.303.4220 with ATTN: Workshop Registration,
    or mail to S.F.I./ 1312 N. King St. / Seguin, TX 78155
